Startup in Austria Simulator

Satirical browser app: users enter their startup URL and get roast comments from exaggerated Austrian archetypes and a Silicon Valley VC bro. Spec with 6 personas complete, MVP built as 'Roast my Startup' with 2-persona version.

Roast-Ergebnis für Linear Originally started working on this because I wanted it for my own Atelier. Any idea can be either "the next big thing" or "completely unnecessary" — depending on who you ask. I found that fascinating. Then I realized it's a bit much for the Atelier and it would actually be funny to apply it to other projects. So: enter a URL, website gets analyzed, exaggerated personas comment away. While building it, I realized it's important to me that both perspectives are exaggerated. Every single persona should be cartoonishly over the top — the grumpy Viennese just as much as the Silicon Valley VC bro. I'm not particularly happy with the performance right now though. I think it shows once again that satire and humor can't simply be generated by LLMs. Or maybe it's my prompts...
Greenfield project. Spec defines 6 parallel LLM calls (5 AT personas + Chad), website analysis via headless browser, screenshot-based overlay system. Haiku 4.5 as recommended model (~3 cents/run). MVP simplified to 2 personas (grump + VC bro). Open architecture decisions: iframe vs. screenshot, tech stack, API key handling.
